Refund policy

At Georgian Bay Surf Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward return policy both online and in-store.

Online Returns:

Eligibility for Return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Gift cards are not eligible for return.

How to Return:

1. Initiate a Return: Please contact our customer service team at retail@georgianbaysurfclub.com.

2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, or an error was made by us.

3. Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product. If everything is in order, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.

4. Refunds: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

Note: Shipping costs for the original purchase are non-refundable.

In-Store Returns:

Eligibility for Return:

- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

- Swimwear, underwear, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

How to Return:

1. Visit us at Georgian Bay Surf Club with your item(s) and receipt or proof of purchase.

2. We will inspect the product and process your return.

3. You will be refunded to the original method of payment.

Note: Returns without a receipt may be issued a store credit at the current value of the item.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for returns, and you will be eligible for a full refund.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend initiating a return for a refund and placing a new order online or in-store. We appreciate your understanding and strive to make your shopping experience at Georgian Bay Surf Club as easy and enjoyable as possible.
