Positions Available

Line + Prep Cook

Full Time - Weekdays + Weekends (incl. Sunday)

The Role

We are looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our talented crew. You’ll be a trusted part of the power plant that fuels our service, responsible for preparation, and cooking food that differentiates us, in a demanding but supportive and positive atmosphere. 

The successful Line Cook candidate is deeply committed to quality, possesses excellent attention to detail, truly understands how AND excited to perform in a team-based atmosphere that respects one another and ensures that while we’re pumping out amazing food, the kitchen remains spotless and strictly adheres to health and safety regulations.

Expectations

Prep & Execution:

Prepare food from scratch, including weighing, cleaning, chopping ingredients, and cooking entrees, appetizers, and desserts per the Chef’s instructions.

Accountability & Ownership: 

There’s nowhere to hide in our kitchen, your team relies on you to perform.  Assist in stocking and setting up your kitchen station before and after service.

Quality Control:
Strong understanding of the ingredients and menu in order to plate and garnish food to spec and guest expectations for serving—every plate should look like a masterpiece and be cognizant of our guests’ dietary needs.

Take Care Like It’s Your Own:

You keep your work area, equipment, utensils, and dishes clean and organized as if you owned it yourself.

Safety Standards:

Assure that the kitchen’s operations and cleanliness strictly adhere to food safety requirements and regulations.

Team Player Critical

Ego is left at the door.  Culture and communication are important to us.

Know you will be evaluated by your peers for the first 90 days of employment as to whether or not you are a fit.

Qualifications

1+ year(s) of experience as a Line Cook or a related kitchen position.

High school diploma or equivalent.

A certificate from a culinary trade school is a definite plus.

Valid Food Handler Certificate

Solid knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations.
